Open Art Exhibition 2019 : Open Call for Artists

Submit Artwork for Open Art 2019

Any artist can submit their work for the Open Art 2019 exhibition.

It is free to enter. Each artist can enter up to 3 pieces.

If you want to submit a video (showing a short film, animation, performance art or installation) – please contact us by email.

You should include images of your work, with details about each piece (title, media, size).

The theme of this year’s exhibition is “MOVEMENT”

Each artwork should be accompanied by a short description. It should explain why you think it is connected with the theme of movement. The theme can be interpreted in any way.

This is an international art project. We are particularly interested in hearing personal stories of movement and how these experiences have inspired your art.

This description should be a maximum of 30 words in length (about 2 sentences). You may wish to talk about your subject, technique, history, personal story or inspiration and how this is connected to the theme.

Further Information

This is an international project that will include several real-world exhibition locations, plus an immersive virtual exhibition online. Details of exhibitions and locations for shipping will be shared with artists after selection.

All artwork remains the copyright property of the artist. All artwork will be attributed to the artist when on display in an exhibition, or when shared online.
