The Light Box is a large virtual space with two levels and a spacious central hall. There are 9 smaller rooms, including a circular route that goes around the perimeter of the central hall, with windows and balconies looking into it. It’s a large space with a lot of flexibility for organizing your exhibition content or for creating multiple smaller exhibitions in one space.
You can see the layout of the gallery in the map below.
On the lower level there is a large hall with plenty floor space for 3D exhibits, including large scale sculptures and objects. There are two smaller spaces on the lower level, and 3 staircases to the upper level.
The upper level has a balcony area inside the main the hall. This leads to five smaller rooms and connecting corridors that are arranged in a circle around the central hall. Audiences can easily move through these smaller galleries in a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction.
The décor in the gallery can be selected before you start adding your exhibition content. It is possible to choose the floor and wall materials in each room, as well as the materials for the door and window frames, and the skirting at the base of the walls.
You can see some images of the gallery below.
The basic gallery has a capacity for up to 152 wall exhibits (usually for pictures and videos) and capacity for up to 19 floor exhibits (usually for sculptures and other 3D objects).
If you have a quarterly subscription then you have the option of customizing the layout of wall and floor positions, and you will also be able to increase the gallery capacity. Alternatively, you can use the Light Box as a starting point for creating a unique custom-made gallery and make changes to the space in any way that you wish.
The basic wall and floor positions are shown on the map below.
