The Mezzanine is a large virtual space with two levels and an outdoor balcony that overlooks a lake and natural landscape. Inside the gallery there are a mixture of large high-ceilinged spaces and smaller rooms. There are large windows and a skylight which create a bright, spacious and flexible setting for exhibitions.
You can see the layout of the gallery in the map below.
The Mezzanine Gallery Layout
The gallery has a large internal space and an outdoor area that runs along three sides of the building. There are five distinct areas on the lower level:
The upper level has a mezzanine and balcony area with staircases on the north, south and east side of the gallery. This mezzanine floor also connects to the upper level of the outdoor balcony on the east side.
Exhibitions & Decor in the Mezzanine Gallery
The décor in the gallery can be chosen before you start adding your exhibition content. It is possible to choose the floor and wall materials in each room, as well as the materials for the door and window frames, and the skirting at the base of the walls.
You can see some pictures of the gallery below.
The basic gallery has a capacity for up to 233 wall exhibits (usually for pictures and videos) and capacity for up to 38 floor exhibits (usually for sculptures and other 3D objects).
If you have a quarterly subscription then you have the option of customizing the layout of wall and floor positions, and you will also be able to increase the gallery capacity. Alternatively, you can use The Mezzanine gallery as a starting point for creating a unique custom-made gallery and make changes to the space in any way that you wish.
The basic wall and floor positions are shown on the map below.
